1. Digital Products

All backend code templates and APIs are delivered electronically immediately after payment. Because of their digital nature, we generally do not offer refunds.

2. Exceptions

• Defective or non-functioning code (confirmed by our support team).
• Duplicates or mistaken double-charges.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for an exception, email draglearnn@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order reference and details.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

5. Changes to Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version on our site applies at the time of purchase.
